All pricing will be provided in writing before any work begins. No hidden fees or charges will be applied without your prior approval.

4. Treatment Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will re-treat your property at no additional cost
  • Guarantee applies only to the specific pest(s) treated
  • Guarantee is valid for the duration of your service agreement
  • Customer must maintain recommended prevention measures

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the pest problem
  • Provide access to the property at scheduled times
  • Follow pre-treatment preparation instructions
  • Follow post-treatment guidelines provided by our technicians
  • Maintain reasonable cleanliness and sanitation
  • Notify us promptly if pests return

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:
